Kat Cunningham
Psychologist
At times, life can feel painful, overwhelming, or uncertain. In therapy, we explore ways to step out of the struggle, connect more deeply with yourself and others, and discover meaning and joy in your life. I bring to the room curiosity, warmth, and professional expertise, offering a compassionate, collaborative space where you can feel understood and begin to find contentment where you are.
It’s important to find a psychologist who feels like the right fit for you. If you think that we might work well together, please reach out and make an enquiry.
